Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were mobbed in Toronto leaving the premiere of The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.

Seasoned Toronto gossip columnist Lainey Lui (laineygossip.com) calls what unfolded “the biggest celebrity mob scene ever. Ever.”

After the screening, Jolie, 32, and Pitt were in a car together en route to the after-party when their car was swarmed. “The crowd was so thick anyway, from people downtown on a Saturday night. And then, they were spotted,” Lui says. “The crowd started to find out that it was Brad and Angelina. People who were driving down on other streets left their cars and ran to see them. Seven people jumped on their car.”

Pitt and Jolie’s vehicle tried to inch forward. “We saw all these people running. People were holding up their cellphones (to take photos). This woman appears out of nowhere, runs up with her child, and was pushing her child up against the (moving) car. The lady was like: ‘I want my baby to see Brad Pitt.’ ”

According to Lui, through it all, “Brad was yelling at the driver to drive, Angelina looked like a woman completely paralyzed. You could read her lips, and she kept saying, ‘Get back to the hotel.’ ”

Pitt talked about the experience the following day in an interview with USA Today. “We had to come back here,” he said, referring to the hotel. “We had to get under a garage. Nothing was cordoned off. There were no barriers.”

When the famous couple isn’t being inundated with fans, they’re being followed by the paparazzi.

“It’s impossible for us,” Pitt, 43, says. “We’re run out of every major city. There’s just too many paparazzi. There’s always cameras in the kids’ faces, yelling their names. Angie gets out of the car, and they take the camera down to the curb and shoot up (her skirt). It’s unbelievable…there’s a constant negotiation in how to survive and how to maintain a family life.”

The actor says that he can tell when the cameramen are lurking around even when he can’t see them.

“You develop radar. Like I know when there’s someone in the bushes 300 yards away shooting,” he says. “I know to recognize that feeling. (On the Canadian set), there was a guy in total camouflage, who commandoed his way on knee and elbow. And I know that feeling. It’s inexplicable, one of those instincts.”

Though they spent most of the night apart as each made the rounds, they reunited around 12:15 a.m. when Pitt, 43, held hands with Jolie, 32, and rubbed and tickled her back.

Shortly thereafter, when they smooched on the lips, Jolie couldn’t contain herself anymore. “You’re so cute!” she gushed. They capped off the night whispering, giggling and smiling at each other in between — yep! — more kissing before heading out around 12:40 a.m.

“They looked completely in love and genuinely happy,” the witness adds. But Jolie wasn’t the only lady Pitt had love for that night. When a female fan held up a napkin reading ” It’s my birthday. Take a picture with me, Brad!” the actor happily obliged.

Brad Pitt talks to Good Morning America’s Diane Sawyer about his family life with Angelina Jolie and reveals: it’s more musical than you may expect.

He tells Sawyer that the family’s morning ritual (which begins as early as 5:45!) often consists of singing. “‘There’s Wheels on the Bus’ and there’s, you know, ‘Five Monkeys Jumping on a Bed’ — no more monkeys jumping on the bed.” Singing the last line of the song he jokes, “that’s a big one….that started at about 6:15 this morning.”

Another Brangelina clan favorite? Dancing. Pitt laughs, “We hope they’re not soaking up our moves because they’d be seriously lacking in their future. We’ll get them some proper training. But yeah, there’s a lot of dancing around the house, a lot of music time.”

At bedtime, Pitt shares quieter rituals with kids Maddox, 6, Pax, 3, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 1, something he learned to value as a child himself.

“The three of us siblings, we’d jump in our beds, separate rooms, and we’d all be yelling for her [his mom], because she’d take turns coming from room to room, right? And we’d just talk for hours sometimes. Just talk,” he said in a 1997 interview with Sawyer, which she replayed for him.

He explains, “It is a really special time, a time I value and it’s that one-on-one time where you really ask the questions and — and I want to make sure they have that.”

Of course, in addition to raising a family, there’s that little matter of Brad Pitt, international film star. The 43-year-old actor is already earning praise for his role as Jesse James in the new drama The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. How does he manage to do it all?

“Somehow you find this endless well of energy– you just keep going,” he tells Sawyer. “And it’s worth it.”

Actor BRAD PITT thrilled reporters at The Washington Post on Friday (21Sep07) when he toured the newspaper’s offices to research an upcoming movie role. Pitt is preparing to play an investigative journalist in new film State Of Play and spent four hours in the publication’s newsroom. And the 43-year-old used the opportunity to meet up with reporter James Grimaldi, who was his fraternity brother at the University Of Missouri. State Of Play sees Pitt reuniting with his Fight Club co-star Edward Norton, who plays a U.S. congressman facing an investigation over the death of his mistress.

LOS ANGELES - For all the talk and insinuations of her promiscuity, Angelina Jolie says she’s only slept with four men.

In an interview with Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine, the sexy star said she has only “slept with four men in my life — and I married two of them!”

Of course, Angelina has also been linked to various women over the years, including her former “Foxfire” co-star Jenny Shimizu.

In a 2004 interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush, Angelina talked about her seemingly very public love life.

“I have been involved with a few men over the years. But not the ones that are in the paper,” she revealed.

“Do you find it hard to live up to this image of being Angelina Jolie? Of being a sexual woman?” Billy asked her.

“I can be silly and awkward and I’m a mom most of the time, but when I’m with a lover I think I’m quite confident,” laughed Angelina.

“On that note, are you dating anyone or just seeing a lover?” asked Billy, long before Brad entered the fray.

“I have lovers,” she confided. “I’m not bringing anyone to my son so I’m not involved too closely.”

But when it comes to her current bedmate, it appears Brad and Angelina plan on keeping themselves plenty busy.

“We’re not done,” Brad told reporters when asked if the couple planned to have more kids. “They say, ‘Any plans for a fifth?’ And I say, ‘And a sixth, and a seventh, and an eighth, and a ninth.’ That’s my answer.”

Angelina Jolie is devastated after doctors told her she’s not pregnant.

Making the situation worse was medical advice that the ultra-skinny star has to gain some much-needed weight if she’s to stand any chance of conceiving again, NW reports.

Angelina and Brad, 43, had already started quietly celebrating what they thought was their happy news when they went to the clinic for an official pregnancy test.

Instead of confirming the good news, though, pals say doctors shattered the couple’s hopes by telling them Angelina Jolie’s pregnancy suspicions were false.

“Ange is desperate to get pregnant again, but doctors say she’s just too thin,” says a friend. “She convinced herself she was already pregnant, so she was heartbroken.”
